troop the snsvm ncc troop(407/37 jh. bn. ,ncc) had started its journey in 2013. this is an authorized jd &jw troop under 37 jharkhand battalion, jamshedpur. the foremost aim of the troop is to spread unity and discipline. it has an separate office inside the campus. presently, there are 100 cadets in this troop. out of these 100 cadets 50 had joined in 2013 and another 50 have joined in 2014. we are in regular parade practice. besides the practical class the cadets are provided theory class on ncc. this troop is supervised by cto mr. prasenjit karmakar appointed by ncc directorate, bihar & jharkhand. out of 50 senior cadets 37 have participated in combined annual training camp viii on and from 21st to 30th august,2014 held in co-operative college, jamshedpur. this was the first ncc camp for our cadets. in this camp 4 of our cadets have been selected to participate in inter-group state level camp held at bhagalpur. one of our cadet is declared as one of the best cabadi player. after that they have also participated in the selection camp for national level games held in barauni.they have got the certificate with special achievement in badminton. the permanent instructor (pi) staff are coming regularly in school to train the cadets from sonary battalion office. the ncc troop participates in inter-school parade at raj estate ground on independence day and republic day . the troop is involved in various socio-cultural activities such as blood donation camp, health check-up camp, first-aid training, adult literacy programme etc. our cadets are with the heartfelt spirit of ncc as
